Aug 13, 2025

Man City are reportedly in talks to sign PSG’s Gianluigi Donnarumma.

This, after the goalkeeper had a massive falling out with the European champions, over his reluctance to sign a new contract.

Sources say Donnarumma could be available for around 40 million pounds, although he is demanding a salary of over 300 thousand per week.

It comes as City are reportedly considering a bid from Galatasaray for their current first-choice stopper Ederson.

-

Liverpool have opened negotiations to sign Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi.

However, the England international wants assurances about his playing time with the Reds, ahead of next year’s World Cup.

-

In Malaysian Super League action… Selangor defeated Brunei DPMM 3-0.

Kelantan The Real Warriors and Immigration FC played out a 1-1 draw.

While JDT fought back to beat Negeri Sembilan 5-3.

Bergson Da Silva was among the scorers for the Southern Tigers, netting his 106th Super League goal to equal national legend Indera Putra Mahayuddin’s record as the league’s overall top scorer.

-

And, double Olympic and World Champion Armand Duplantis has broken the pole vault world record for the 13th time in his career, and the third time this year, after clearing 6.29 meters at the Hungarian Athletics Grand Prix.
