The speculation surrounding Mo Salah's Liverpool future has ended!   

This, after Liverpool confirmed that the Egyptian star signed a two-year deal until 2027, by which time he will have spent a decade at Anfield.

All eyes will now be on Liverpool skipper Virgil van Dijk, who is rumoured to be close to signing a new deal.

Man United boss Ruben Amorim has defended Andre Onana over the goalkeeper's two mistakes in their 2-2 draw against Lyon in the first leg of the Europa League quarterfinals.  

Amorim says mistakes happen all the time, and what's important is how the team handles the return leg at Old Trafford next week.

Two of our men's doubles pairs will be fighting to reach the Badminton Asia Championship semifinals tonight.  

Top seeds Goh Sze Fei – Nur Izzuddin will take on a duo from China in their quarterfinal tie. 

Meanwhile Aaron Chia – Soh Wooi Wik will face Indonesian third seeds Fajar Alfian and Muhammad Rian Ardianto.  

They are our last remaining reps in the competition, after Goh Soon Huat – Shevon Lai crashed out of the mixed doubles.

Datuk Pandalela Rinong has missed out on a spot in the 10m platform final at the Diving World Cup in Canada. 

This, after she finished in 20th place in the preliminaries.
