Max Verstappen has won his sixth race of the season, after taking the chequered flag at the Canadian F1 GP.
The Red Bull driver finished ahead of McLaren’s Lando Norris and George Russel in the Mercedes.
Verstappen has now extended his lead in the drivers’ standings to 56 points ahead of Charles Leclerc – who failed to finish this morning’s race in Montreal due to engine problems.

Carlos Alcaraz has earned a place in the history books, after beating Alexander Zverev to win the French Tennis Open title.
The 21-year-old is now the youngest player to win a Grand Slam on hard, grass and clay courts following his earlier victories at the US Open and Wimbledon.
