Germany Wants Klopp

Apr 09, 2024

germany wants klopp

The German FA reportedly wants Jurgen Klopp to take charge of their national team this summer.

According to reports, the Liverpool manager is their number one target if current boss Hansi Flick decides to leave after this year's Euros.

However, the German FA may struggle to persuade Klopp to take the job, as he said he wants to take a break after leaving Liverpool this summer.

--

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti says he will NOT play it safe with Jude Bellingham, for their Champions League quarterfinal first leg against Man City.

Bellingham is one of four players who are at risk of suspension for the next leg, IF they get yellow carded tomorrow morning.

The other players are Vinicius Junior, Eduardo Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni.

Ancelotti says if any of them are booked, he has other players who can step up for the next game.

--

Reports say Man City have agreed personal terms with West Ham midfielder Lucas Paqueta, before completing the move in the summer.

The Brazilian was supposed to join City last year, but it was called off after FIFA and the English FA investigated him for suspicious betting activities.
