Mar 08, 2024
Erling Haaland has hit back at Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold, after the right-back tried to play down Man City's title success.
Alexander-Arnold claimed that big-spending City bought their way to success, and this has diminished the value of their achievements.
Haaland hit back by saying that it still felt nice when City won the treble last season, which is something that Alexander-Arnold is not familiar with.
This, ahead of City's title showdown with current league leaders Liverpool on Sunday night.
