Azeem Sets National Record Again

Malaysian sprinter Muhammad Azeem Fahmi has set a new national record for the 60m indoor event, at a track competition in Texas.  

He set a new best time of 6.56 seconds, beating his previous record, which he set last month.

There's a chance that Rodri could return to action for Man City before the end of the season.  

The midfielder has been out of action since September due to a serious ACL injury.  

It was initially feared that Rodri would be out until the summer, but boss Pep Guardiola now says that he has been making good progress in his recovery.

This, as City progressed to the FA Cup quarterfinals after beating Plymouth Argyle 3-1 in the 5th round.  

But the win came at a heavy price as defender Nathan Ake had to be substituted due to injury.  

In other FA Cup results, Crystal Palace had a 3-1 win over Millwall. 

Preston beat Burnley 3-0 

Bournemouth defeated Wolves 5-4 on penalties, after the game ended at 1-1 at the end of extra time.

Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta says he's doing well, after he was briefly hospitalised for a head injury that the suffered their FA Cup win over Millwall.  

Meanwhile the English FA has condemned Millwall fans who chanted "let him die" while Mateta was being treated on the pitch.
