Air quality in parts of the Peninsula and in Sarawak remains unhealthy!

State Education Departments have the right to instruct schools to close if the haze situation worsens.
The Education Ministry says it's because they are more aware about the weather and safety in their particular area.
So far, over 400 schools in Sarawak have been closed due to haze.
At last look, 19 areas recorded 'unhealthy' air quality readings in the Klang Valley, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Johor and Sarawak.
Meanwhile, 14 UPSR candidates at a school in Pontian, Johor had to be moved to a different school due to hazardous smoke from peat fires at a nearby farm.
Taking naps can be good for our heart?

A new study in Switzerland says naps aren’t a lazy indulgence and if done in moderation, they may actually be good for your heart.
It found that those who napped once to twice weekly, had a 48% lower risk of fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular disease events, including heart attacks and strokes.
However, the research, found there was no such association for either more frequent or longer naps.
Perak PKR chairman finally shows up at police station
The Perak PKR chairman, who disappeared a week after he was believed to be involved in a brawl at a sports complex in Ampang, has finally showed up at a police station there.
This comes shortly after Perak police said they were ready to help track down the man.
The political secretary to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was allegedly involved in an altercation with a man who ended up with serious injuries.
