PTPTN has urged the public to channel feedback to PTPTN via the right channel on its official website.
It says PTPTN can only act on feedback on the Kertas Konsultasi Rakyat platform.
It adds that it will not heed to what was said about the corporation on social media platforms.
Suspect who burnt Perlis Mufti's car arrested

Police have arrested the suspect, who was believed to have set the Perlis Mufti's official car on fire two months ago.
The jobless man admitted that he and another suspect, who is still at large, was paid to do so for RM 500.
He also told the cops that 5 others were involved in the case.
6,000 patients have undergone health screening

Nearly 6,000 patients eligible for the government's healthcare protection scheme for the B40 low-income group have undergone health screening.
The Health Ministry says the scheme offered 4 benefits, which are free health screening, medical equipment, incentives to complete cancer treatments, and transport incentives.
The scheme was introduced last April and involved an allocation of RM100 million.
