Cabinet to discuss concerns over matriculation courses
The 90:10 quota for matriculation courses will be retained.
However, the Cabinet will meet on Wednesday to discuss recent complaints from the Indian community about quota issues.
There have been claims that fewer Indian high achievers were offered Marticulation spots this year, compared to last year.
The government has clarified there were extra allocations for the Indian community last year, to make up spots unfilled by Bumiputera students, but that was a one-off.

Yesterday's devastating terror attack in Sri Lanka could have been avoided
The Sri Lankan government has admitted it had information of possible terror attacks on Easter Sunday.
The country's Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has called for a probe into why precautions were not taken.
More than 200 people were killed in the attack on churches and luxury hotels, several of them carried out by suicide bombers.
According to AFP, one of the attackers had queued for the Easter Sunday breakfast buffet at a hotel and was just about to be served, when he set off the explosives strapped to his back.
The hotel was having one of its busiest days of the year.
Another bomb near Colombo's main airport was found and disposed of before it could do any harm.
