Schools have been warned to take precautionary measures to prepare for the hot weather

It's been really hot the past few days and the government is now worried about the children.
The Education Ministry has urged schools to make sure students are not exposed to too much hot weather.
They're also allowed to postpone all outdoor activities if needed.
School authorities should also prepare sufficient clean drinking water for students, and ensure they drink enough liquids.
The Met Department earlier said the hot weather will peak in April and return to normal in May.

This year's SPM exams start in October and could see students sitting for several papers a day!
The timetable seen on the Examination Syndicate's website also showed important papers packed side by side.
The Melaka Action Group for Parents in Education told the Star, this could cause anxiety for students, insisting kids should be given time to rest.
Other parents are also worried about the stress their children will face, especially those in the Science Stream who might have to sit for up to 3 heavy papers in a single day.
The Education Minister clarified the tight exam schedule is to avoid the flood-season, but said it's just a draft and welcomed feedback from parents.
Police investigating bullying case in Besut, Terengganu
A viral video has emerged of a primary school boy in Besut, Terengganu being beaten up by 3 schoolmates, while another student recorded the ordeal on a phone.
The victim's family has lodged a police report while the cause of the bullying is unknown.
The school has also taken action by giving the child counselling, and warning students not to bring their phones to school.
