No helicopter crash in Gopeng!

Police confirmed that there was no incident of a helicopter crash at a village in Gopeng, Perak today.
This is after the Fire and Rescue Department received calls from the Orang Asli community regarding the incident.
The Civil Aviation Authority also clarified that there was no such incident.
Amendments to Poisons Act deferred to 2020
The government has decided to defer the tabling of the Poisons Amendment Bill for its second reading to March next year.
The Health Minister says it was postponed to allow for improvements.
Among the proposed amendments is private doctors who refuse to give prescriptions upon request by patients could be fine up to 50 thousand ringgit and sentenced to 5 years in jail.
It would also permit any civil servant or officer of a statutory body to grow ketum for research, education and medicinal purposes.
Member who sabotage congress will be sacked

PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says members who attempt to split the party or sabotage its upcoming national congress will be sacked.
This, following talks of another congress being held in KL, while the annual congress takes place in Melaka this weekend.
Anwar says his intention is to unite the party while noting that more than 80 percent of party delegates had already registered for the congress.
