A new study in the UK suggests that using profanity can help improve your workouts.

According to researchers at England's Keele University saying a curse word while working out produces a rush of adrenaline that boosts the heart rate and breathing, and this can help improve athletic performance.

It also boosts your motivation and helps body combat pain.
