Seri Kembangan road bully arrested

Police have arrested the suspect in a road bully incident in Seri Kembangan, Selangor on Tuesday. 

Serdang police say the man, in his early-30s was picked up at his place of work in Balakong earlier this afternoon. 

He's being investigated under the Penal Code for msichief and criminal intimidation. 

A viral video of the incident allegedly showed the suspect smashing a car's windscreen with his helmet.

He was reportedly upset that the driver had honked him for blocking the road.

One more person has been infected with rabies in Sarawak.

The patient started feeling weak and having breathing difficulties last Saturday. 

Health officials confirmed he did not seek treatment after being scratched by his pet dog, which later died, about 2 months ago. 

In total, 17 people have been infected, while there've been 16 deaths in Sarawak.

PLUS is looking at several high-tech options, to monitor traffic along the North South Highway, especially during festive seasons. 

The highway operator told Berita Harian, this includes using drones with high-definition cameras.

For the Aidilfitri balik kampung rush, PLUS will fly drones along 4 areas in Perak and Selangor that are prone to traffic jams

They are Rawang, Slim River, Gua Tempurung and Sungai Perak.
