PDRM has come up with safety guidelines for online dating.
It contains a list of do's and don't when it comes to finding love online.
Among others, you should be never disclose your personal details to those you've just met, including your full names, financial details, home addresses as well as office locations.
Also, you should immediately lodge a report, if your online match asks for such private info.
When it comes to meeting up with your online match, you should inform you family members or friends about your meet-up, in case something goes wrong.
And you should call off the meeting, if you start to feel uncomfortable.
