Perak to launch booklet on child abuse to help schookids

Child abuse cases in Perak are on the rise!
State officials say over 1 thousand cases have been reported from 2015 to last year.
They say the state government is in the midst of publishing a guide booklet for schoolchildren on how to protect themselves from violent and sexual abusers.
The books will be available in BM, Mandarin, and Tamil while an English version will be uploaded online.
Transport Minister says KLIA name remains
The Transport Ministry has yet to receive any request to rename KLIA as Sepang International Airport.
As such, it says the name of Malaysia’s main airport will remain.
According to a recently-leaked document, the proposal to rename the KLIA was made made during a Selangor state exco meeting last year.
The Malay Mail says an exco member confirmed that such a proposal was made, but nothing has been decided yet.
PM says Malaysia is a safe country

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad says there isn't a need for a travel advisory against Malaysia, because we are a safe country.
This, after the US State Department issued a travel advisory on Malaysia, warning its citizens of potential kidnapping risks in eastern Sabah.
Wisma Putra has already made an official protest about the advisory.
