(4) ARSB may in its absolute discretion reject/refuse any submission for any reason whatsoever and ARSB’s decision shall be final;
(5) the information submitted by you will be uploaded to ARSB’s social media platform(s) and be visible to the public. However, ARSB retains the final discretion to amend/modify/edit the information submitted in order to make it suitable for posting on ARSB’s social media platform(s) and to choose the ARSB’s social media platform(s) that your information will be uploaded to; and
(6) ARSB’s publishing of the information submitted by you does not constitute ARSB’s endorsement or approval of such information.
